Any of you guys had any experience editing players during a franchise, or season? If so did it screw anything up in the franchise.

I tweaked a couple of things, mainly for WR's and DB's and had no problems initially.

I edited players in franchise but they were on the team I was playing a season with and were only edited because I had to switch the players position. I did this with my 2005 franhise using the Eagles. Trotter suffered a season ending injury and th backup was crappy so I moved OLB Mark Simoneau to ILB and had to edit his attributes slightly in order to have his overall rating where I wanted it to be.

I finished the season and didnt have any problems. I think if you edit here and there you'll be okay but if you edit as if it was a roster file, im going to assume that you'll run into some problems eventually.
