Re: No Vibration On Xbox 360 (w/ Wireless Controller)???
Really!?! WTF. Haha. I really want vibration. Are you sure you are playing with a WIRELESS controller on the 360? If so, what settings did you change to get vib working, if you changed anything at all?
The first time I fired up 2K5 on the 360 and signed in to xbox live (via "Xbox Live" selection in 2K5 Main Menu) (wanted to see if I you could still play online), I got an update for the game. It went to the Xbox1 updater and everything... Did you get this update installed convince? If you didn't, should I try to delete this so called "patch"?
Any suggestions???
BTW... I'm using your 2K11 rosters...AMAZING
. Thanks for all your hard work.

Re: No Vibration On Xbox 360 (w/ Wireless Controller)???
I really don't play online. But the first time I put the game in I couldn't even start the game with out downloading the update. Besides this I didn't download any other updates. I also didn't turn on any settings for vibration. But there maybe a setting for it, I know some games have it. So if you aren't getting vibration maybe you should re-download the patch. And yes my controller is wireless. I'm about the fire the game up again just to be sure i'm not "misremembering".GT Agent August

Haha... I knew it. Thanks for clearing that up convince. I guess the error is on Microsoft's part. Has to do with how they made 2K5 compatible with the 360.
If anyone is getting vibration on 2K5 on their 360 with a WIRELESS controller, please let us know... Therefore, atleast we would know that vibe is in fact possible.Comment

Luckkkkyyyy... Your 2K5 is PAL I assume?
If you're playing a NTSC version of 2K5, would you mind uploading all of your Partition 2, on your Xbox 360 HDD, to megaupload or here so that I can replace all my partition 2 content with yours? I believe the problem for us without vibe lies here in the Partition 2 of the hard drive (contains everything needed for xbox1 compatibility).Last edited by krspykreme2; 06-19-2010, 07:49 AM.Comment

Re: No Vibration On Xbox 360 (w/ Wireless Controller)???
I thought that as well... What I did to try and remedy the problem was delete the whole compatibility folder in partition 3 and see if i could download an update (when i boot up from the 360 dashboard). However, no update was needed. After I booted up the game and exited back to the 360 dashboard, I hooked up my hdd to my computer via xport, and there was the same ole compatibility folder with all its normal contents in partition 3. I searched the web, and xbox1 compatibility does in fact lie in partition 2. Therefore, I'm gonna see if there are other contents for partition 2 I can use that will allow vibration in 2K5.Comment
