What is different in Franchise mode, that will push it over Madden?

Kinda like their bugged version for Xbox, altho they are going to repair them, but it would kinda ask wat the hell were they testing not to see that since the feature is part of their selling points.
-Not that E-Mail thing (Altho it looks cool)
-Crib Mode? (I don't think this a franchise feature, only a knock off of madden cards)
-Gameplay (Maybe, but they need to make somthing for diehard sim fans.)

gameplay and realistic stadium atmosphere/TV Presentation is what is going to push ESPN over Madden. Madden is lacks big time in the Stadium astmosphere/TV Presentation area this year.. infact I was real dissapointed.. it seems the crowd atmosphere was much better in last years madden.

Madden could not release any movies or screenshots, no imformation, not advertise at all, put out the Madden 2002 game in stores, cross every cover out and make a 5 for next year, and people will STILL buy that over ESPN 2K5.

Stupid Maddenites would say, "But this game VASTLY improved!"

Re: What is going to push ESPN Football over madden?

The only thing VC needs is some way to break this trance Madden has over the people who play it. I think if VC keep putting out demos from now on it will help de-program some of these Madden zombies.

IMO ESPN has the best gameplay. The best sound. The best visuals. The best head to head play. The best online play. The best atmosphere. Madden had the best extras until this season. The only thing that Madden has left is that weak "owner" mode. I thought it was good at first but since you can't build a new stadium and/or move every year what good is it? Madden is just old dry.

Madden has the lowest and weakest animations out of all the football games. The commentary makes you want to hang yourself so it will stop. The gameplay AI is straight booty. It's the complete opposite of fun or excitement. I'm still trying to figure out why people still like it.
