Over at beta 7 someone posted a reply to his newest item. The guy is supposedly someone who works at EB and he said he got the shipment, but there is a sticker on the games that says "FPM is temporarily disabled" or something. Here is the conversation
I work at EB and we got our shipment of ESPN NFL Football today and there is a sticker on them that says:
"First Person Football Feature has been temporarily disabled. When this feature becomes available you can unlock it by downloading a patch from XBOX LIVE, or register for a free upgrade (S & H extra)."
Does this have something to do with this crazy website? My manager thinks it does.

Eb employee is bullsh*tting us, many people over at OS and NFL2kx have the game and are playing FPF right now... lying sack of sh*t

Whatever you say, BeanTown. I guess you'll find out for sure when you go pick up your copy and read the sticker for yourself.
I don't know why some people might not have the sticker on their game but all the ones we have are marked that way that's all I know.
I haven't played it so I don't know if it is really disabled or what, but the sticker is on there.
