That having been said, the gameplay is outstanding. While the incorrect Skins uniform is an annoyance, it's practically the only thing I can complain about after a number of hours of play. That's a pretty impressive result IMO and the error is a relatively small (though irksome) price to pay.

but there is no error... that helmet actually exists (see TCrouch's pic above). To me, that's amazing attention to detail on VC's part!!

The ONLY mistake that i noticed is in Texas Stadium. The lighting effects are incredible. However, the home team is supposed to be in the shade while the visiting team's sideline is in the sun. In this game, Dallas is in the sun while the visiting team is in the shade. This "shade advantage" is one of the things that makes Texas stadium so unique. It's no big deal though. This game is as close to perfect as ive ever seen. At least there ARE shadows in Texas Stadium on the game.

NOT ONLY are the face masks grey, THE SKINS HAVE NEVER HAD THEIR NUMBERS ON TOP OF THEIR SHOULDER PADS. not in their regular darks. not only that, but the 2K series has always had the Skins RED not burgundy, they ain't the Chiefs!

people feel strongly about their teams, thats why we love the NFL in the first place. does it make ESPN a bad game? no. will it annoy EVERY time you play your home team in those colors? yes. if you don't care, don't read the thread.

Come on its something that ESPN missed and that a fan of the Redskins pointed out. Relaxe. Did you know that both Madden and ESPN are both missing the small walk way in Qualcomm on the short walled endzone on the right side??
Or how about ESPN is the only game right that has the correct stadium geometry for Network Coliseum.

Going back to uniforms where you even aware that up until 2 years ago the Raiders had Mesh Shoulders for the skill players and ESPN/NFL2kx was the only game to get it right?
