Do You Find Passing Hard in ESPN?

I'm playing as the Browns, and GEEEEEZZZZ, I'm doing terrible. Granted, the o-line isn't great, but still. I throw and the ball gets knocked down or it's overthrown.

I'm not complaining AT ALL, I love the game, but I'm doing terrible in franchise so far. I'm 0-3 and I'm getting blown out. I know I need to get used to the game, but can anyone give me tips on what you all do to be successful in franchise mode?

By the way, I'm playing on ALL-PRO.

I'm actually just the opposite. I think human passing is super easy so far. Too easy in fact. It's time to go slider tweaking.

          I'm the opposite as well.

Yet in First Person mode, finding the holes in the running game on All-Pro is too easy, while I have yet to to get a good rhythm passing...250 yards rushing and 80 yards passing is the norm for me so far.

I think it's too easy also. I lowered passing and catching sliders 5 notches. Seems pretty good so far.

I don't have a problem with it, but I noticed in Practice mode there is a Training Camp like feature that will train you to throw the passes timing wise.

                            Maybe this will help.
