    hi def tv

i finally found where to hook up the progressive scan for the ps2 and it rocks. i am sure the xbox is better (for this reason i am kicking around getting one), but it does improve the graphics. what a sick game!!!

I have yet to put it on my HD because it involves unhooking the ps2 from my gameroom and blah blah blah...but I'm going to have to see how it looks.

That's the one point that I wanted the xbox version for, but again the online leagues sold me on the ps2. Stupid Microsoft for not making it easy to put those leagues on the xbox version!

composite video and to a lesser degree s-video lick sac compared to component. i remember when I got the ps2 (when I used to actually play it before getting the xbox) a few years ago and noticed how much better component looked to composite.

you can have component with ps2 but i think it only goes up to 480 not higher like xbox.

Majority of PS2 games aren't in 480p and the ones that are need like a controller input before the game loads to get them to go in that mode.
