How do I get my created player on my team??

Start a franchise and pick him/her up as a free-agent.

Depends on when you do it.

If you do it from the Game start menu when you create him, go to Options/Roster manager?/Rosters?/Free agents and select your guy...on the menu that pops up is ASIGN to team...pick it.

Save your roster.

Free agent is the LAST Team listed (or the one just one click to the left of the First) when you cycle through all the teams when viewing rosters.
