I go back to Atari 2600 and the first time I can remember the word cheese starting to pop up was when Street Fighter 2 hit big in the arcades. That was when fighting games exploded on to the scene and Cheesing was something that was almost always associated to some kind of fighting game. i.e. trying to beat your opponent with nothing more than Fireballs or some other move over and over. Hehe I should do a VH1 behind the music special on the history of Cheese.
