Nah, anyway, what are some other receivers rated in speed? Because I thought it was cool in the in-game tutorial when it says that speed is relative to the POSITION. So an 81 isn't an "81" all over the field. Dig? So what are some other WR's speeds?

To be totally honest, there's a lot of "oddball" ratings in there. I think you could point those out almost anywhere you look, however (in any game you look in). There are always the oddities.

Seems weird that a high-profile player like TO would get a sub-par speed rating, but then again, a lot of what he does is just run over people and stiffarm them. I think they base the speed rating purely on the 40 time, and I don't know what his was...at least I think I read in that in-game manual that they base the speed rating on 40 times?

This is an area where VC could benefit from doing a little more research on players to get a little more accurate with respect to player ratings. I saw a guy who was a scrub, his rating was a 37 overall. No player, star or scrub should be rated that low.

Tcouch also brings up a good point about his style of play, He does not really heavily on speed, but more on his ability to knock defenders on there asses.

But in a lot of articles they talk about his speed and power combo, so I am just wandering where is the speed part of his rating

I have not checked the ratings for other teams yet since i just got the game. But I will when I get home.
