I'm looking to get one of these games as I don't have time to play both. Anyone have any opinions on why one is better than the other? Any help would be great. Thanks alot.

I have both and that's a really tough question. Depends what you'd enjoy.
The Dynasty mode of NCAA can't be beat. Building your own program, recruiting players, redshirting, etxc. I enjoy it way more than Franchise mode in ESPN.
The gameplay on both is excellent ... but different. I think I prefer ESPN because NCAA is built upon an gameplay engine that's getting a little long in the tooth. But it is excellent.
Presentation is an edge to ESPN. -

If you like college football go with NCAA2004 and if you NFL football go with ESPN NFL Football. It's pretty much a no-brainer

that is a very tough question, but IMO NCAA Football 2004 is the best football game out there this year. Especially if you can download some "named" rosters. Very fun indeed!Comment
