Someone will always find a reason to dislike a game.

If you want to play a arcade football game....wait and get Blitz Pro

Salary cap is part of the NFL......deal with it, work with it, love it like your red headed step child

Great Game Ditch the crib, fix the flaws

Return your copy and get Madden 2004. In there you can control your salary cap by giving huge sign on bonus to high paid players. Sign on bonus will come from your profits which is cool if you keep on winning, but BAD if you are operating in red.
Playmaker and Ownership Mod is where Madden shines, but gameplay is where ESPN shines and there Franchise is nice but compared to Madden's Ownership Mod, it is obsolete like 3 years ago.

It isn't the NFL it's a game. I should be able to play my game the way I want. F*** it. That's it for Franchise mode, I'm just playing seasons. In fact, **** the game. It seems that there's something wrong with all the football games. I should have skipped it like I skipped hockey last year.

What kind of football game doesn't allow you to turn off the salaray cap? That's been a staple in football games since last generation. Well, I guess it's Sega's way of screwing those of us who stack our teams up with created players.
