It's irritating how quickly teams can get to the line after a play.
Uh, you can't get to the line of scrimmage that fast.

If they got out of bounds on the other 5 plays then that is not too bad. Granted it's not very realistic but it beats playing 15 minute quarters.

No, I'm saying that after a 20-yard completion, the computer can get to the line of scrimmage and run a play in less than 5 seconds. Silly.Comment

The no huddle offense is unrealistically fast, I agree.
It's actually warp speed, but the fatigue comes on fast for players when doing it.
But this gamespeed in no-huddle is that way for the CPU and yourself alike, so it's not as if it's an AI cheat.

Re: Uh, you can\'t get to the line of scrimmage that fast.
This is one of the game's best features. Career, wife and kid leave little precious time for video game playing. I can't be wasting it watching lineman lumber to the line of scrimmage.
Besides, I play 7 minute quarters. So in relative terms, seven plays in 24 seconds would actually be like 7 plays in 50 seconds which is a little more plausable.
I have always proposed that their be a option/slider for the speed of pre/post play activities. I understand that there are guys who care about time of possession stats or simply want a more realistic pace of play. Others like me could do well without some of the realistic delays. Shouldn't be too hard to make us both happy.Comment
