Hie i am a member of the clevland browns defence , can someone tell me the best sliders to use to stop a running back like lewis from running for 295 yards on my team , very unrealistic , i think im going to retire ,game killer

I take it you didn't see Yesturdays game. The best way to keep teams from running all over your D is stick with the 4-3 or 3-4 defense until the other team has no choice but to throw for a first down. I also blitz someone from the wide side of the field. They may not get the tackle all the time but it helps slow the running back down for other to take him down.
