Re: Madden plays ESPN Football...wtf??
I think there is at least one show on ESPN which uses the Sega game? I have heard it mentioned before, but haven't seen that one myself.
But you'll find other shows which are sponosred by EA, for example, the old "NFL Matchup" show has a new name. I watched this on ESPN one morning, hosted by Suzy Kolber, Ron Jaworski, and Merril Hoge. "EA Sports' NFL Matchup" is what it is called.
So just because it is ESPN, does not mean that ESPN won't take money from EA to air their commercials.
And doesn't Disney own both ABC (Madden/MNF) and ESPN anyway?Comment

Monday Quarterback on ESPNEWS uses ESPN NFL Football. It's on pretty much all day on ESPNEWS on Mondays.
I was watching yesterday and they did a preview of MNF using ESPN NFL Football. Eric Allen was acting so excited because he just found out about coach mode.New England Patriots
