I dunno what the hell is going on with my XBOX Live and ESPN NFL Football. I've been able to play a good amount of games but lately whenever the game starts or in the middle of the game I'll get that message where it says a divergance has been caused and the game quits automatically. I understand this problem comes from something having to do with dolby digital and surround sound but i disabled that before the first time i played it on XBOX Live. I guess the problem is mine because it keeps happening. Is anyone else having this problem and if someone could help id greatly appreciate it. Thanks

It is irritating as all hell... Here's what to do to avoid it.
1. Don't use DD
2. Don't change ANYTHING! No D matchups, no lineup changes, nutting, nadda!
The 2nd one is the most irritating. I like matching up LB's on RB's and it's impossible to do online cause I constantly get Divergence errors...
This game does have it's issues and most of them tiny and not really a bother to me. However, this divergence crap is ridiculous. Not only can you not change matchups/playbooks(I'm ok with that part), it's a way for cheesers to bail on a game...Comment

What's great is that we paid $50 to use this service (XBL) and the free online service (PS2), at least for me, is almost always lag free and has MORE features than Xbox Live. My XBL is always lagging. And please, no comments like "it's your connection", "it's your set up"... I know what i'm doing and it's not on my end. MS better check out the other guy's online offerings (EA on PS2 and ESPN on PS2) and get their sh*t straight.
