I have been reading posts about sliders, etc. I see people switch the sub in and out to get backup Running backs some carries. I can't seem to find where i change that. am i moron or is it not where it should be? Thanks in advance!

You can only adjust it in game. Pause the game->go to game plan->go to auto substitutions->voila the sub out/sub in percentage sliders.
