I'm kind of having this problem too. I kicked a 50 yard field goal and got a Primetime Milestone for it, but in the game, I also passed for 450 yards and didn't unlock the Game milestone for 375 passing yards in a game. I thought that Primetime Milestones and Game Milestones had the same criteria in terms of sliders and settings. ????

In most cases, everything has to be on default. That means, no slider, penalty level adjustments and in some cases the minutes per quarter as well.

It has to be on 5 minute quarters and don't touch any of the defaults on Pro, All-Pro, Legend (besides jerseys, stadium, sound and camera angle, etc)

It counts the same if you beat a challenge on Pro, AP or Legend. I guess you get more personal fulfillment if you do it on Legend though.

Tip for trying to kick a 55 yarder with a weaker kicker: Try on Pro Level in a dome. Then you don't have the wind to deal with or the arrow moving.

You have to keep all but the presentation settings on default settings and keep the quarters set a 5 minutes. I played the whole first week at 7 minute quarters and stop unlocking stuff. I though I had to start completely over instead of putting my quarters back to 5 minutes so I lost eveything I did the first week. Keeping your quarters at 5 minutes is the biggest thing to keep unlocking stuff for your crib.
