I was playing the Cardinals with my Bengals(yes the Bengals) and Grammatica for the Cards lined up for a 34 yarder. No wind or anything, and guess what? He missed it right as it hit the upright. I about passed out. What was this? A cpu kicker who is not perfect. It was great. Maybe just maybe this won't be a one time occurence. Let's hope not! Peace.

Holy crap thats amazing!! I've never seen a kicker miss one when I play.
There is no place like Nebraska
    Dear old Nebraska U.
Where the girls are the fairest,
    The boys are the squarest,
Of any old school that I knew.
There is no place like Nebraska,
    Where they're all true blue.
    We'll all stick together,
    In all kinds of weather,
    For Dear old Nebraska U!

Won't change this signature until Nebraska wins the National Championship...posted 8/16/05

LOL remember... there are two kinds of Gramaticas in the NFL. There's Martin Gramatica, where he's like the third best kicker behind Joe Nedney and Adam Vinatieri... and then there's Bill Gramatica, the kind who misses 34 yarders wide right.

lol, I almost saw the CPU miss a kick last night.

It was like a 35 yard kick. Chandler for the Niners kicked it, but he moved the arrow too far anticipating the wind(it was 9MPH crosswind). It clanked off the upright...and barely bounced through. That was the first time I had seen a kick that wasn't perfect down the middle.

Glad to know that it is also possible that they actually miss them, lol...

I've seen Jeff Wilkins from the Rams and Josh Brown from the Seahawks both miss kicks from about 40 yards.

I had an extra point blocked by the Lions. That was a first for me.

Hopefully as we all play more games, we will see this more often. Makes the game much more enjoyable if you know the kicker might miss a kick once awhile. I don't mind much if they make most of their kicks 30 yards or in. Cause' let's face it, most pro kickers will make them. But 35 on out it gets a liitle more difficult. So keep up the missed kicks Mr. Cpu!!!! By the way, this game just has that football "feel" like no other before it. Great effort VC. Peace.
