Is there anyway to undo Owner Firing?

To anyone who can help me, I'm in a bit of a pickle. I've been playing a franchise with the Broncos and have had a really tough time after four seasons. I had to post more than 8 wins this season and I failed to do so. I ended up 8-8, but now I'm fired.

Originally, I thought if I was fired I could just get hired by another team, but it appears I can't do that. Is there anyway to turn owner firing off once its started? Maybe through Finn's editor or something?

I'd like to keep continuing the franchise since I played four seasons and felt like I was finally getting closer to getting a good team together.

I believe if you load the franchise in finns editor you can change the broncos to user by right clicking the silver cpu button next to the logo i'm not entirely sure it will work though, but its worth a try.
