I believe you mean can you get fired, and yes I think you can get fired, but I'm not 100% sure what happens if you do.

There are specific goals for you each season. Also the coaches have contracts. I would assume that if you dont meet the goals and your coach gets fired, or he leaves after his contract is up, a new coach would be hired and he would bring with him a different playbook. Just a guess.

I heard that it's over with you managing that team or any other (unless you are controlling one or more teams in that franchise, then you can still control them). Otherwise, you're done with that team.

So does that mean your franchise is over? Or can you sign with another team? Kinda frustrating if you build a team and then get dumped.
