Anyone know of an editor program around that can be used for roster tweaks and importing/exporting via Action Replay (a la Flying Finn's editor for the ESPN NHL games)??

I'd love to get my hands on one. I had e-mailed the Flying Finn about how he did the hockey one (wrote it in Delphi) and he said he was working on a roster editor for ESPN Football. Don't know if he's done, still working on it or giving up but I can only hope since I'm not a programmer. -
