I bought ESPN 2004 about a week ago and man
I can't believe
the differences between this and Madden... The ESPN atmosphere seems to
me to be right where a football game should be, the total package from the
time it loads. I really like the player edit stuff much more than Madden.
The player faces don't all look the same, the stadiums are full of some
what football fans unlike Madden. I haven't stopped playing it yet...
I at lest turn it on to hit the practice mode if only for a few
minutes if I'm pressed for time. So I think that this year I'll lean
towards ESPN as a football favorite... Until they can beat the NBA LIVE
2004 total control game play and the editting of the Jordan, Nike, Adias and
And 1 shoes which help alot in the realism of it all, I think NBA Live will
still be my game until ESPN proves that wrong as well. One of the things that
does upset me a little is the camera options, the custom mode does not swivel
totally to your customizing therefore it's not totally custom, but anyway
