Action Replay for XBox vs. Sharkport

I was looking into getting something for my xbox in order to download rosters this year. I was just wondering what everyone thinks of Action Replay. On amazon, it doesn't get the best reviews and alot of negative comments say that the game saves often are corrupted by the device or memory card.

I had sharkport for PS2 a couple years ago and found it to be great. I think gameshark has just put out a gamesaves device for the XBox and I was just wondering if anyone would recomend that. Although, it seems that everyone is using AR, so most gamesaves will likely be in that format.

    Thanks for any advice.

You should check the roster forum for the pro's and con's for each, but I have had an Action Replay for Xbox for over a year and have had no problems.

I have the AR for XBOX and haven't had any problems. I don't use it a ton, but I have downloaded rosters for ESPN NFL, NCAA Football and College Hoops without any issues.

          Good Luck.

Don't get the Action Replay - the reviews aren't that great but the point is Datel just released a new system for both the PS2 and XBox called Max Drive in June. Its a simple memory stick that no longer uses a hub and will support XP better than the old AR. Its only $29.99 if you want it. EB only has the PS2 version on its website yet but do a search and you can buy it online.
