I didnt reserve this game and didn't even play on buying it until after I got back from my vacation next Wednesday, but I was just strolling around the mall on my lunch break and saw that EB had like 20 copies in the display case already. So I walked in snagged one. I'm looking forward to testing it out in about 2 hours.

Hey could someone answer me this about the EBgames in-store pickup policy...

I just called them and they tell me they won't have it til later today, that's bull****! I ordered it at a store near my campus so that I could pick it up right after class then go home but nope, I gotta drive back all the way across town again with the bad traffic and 100 degree heat to pick it up. **** that. Does anyone know if its possible to ditch the pre-order since they say it's not charged yet, so I can just go across the street to GameCrazy. This is ****ing incredible!

You don't get charged for in-store pickup. You pay for the game when you go to get it.

If you do in-store pickup and the game ships out, you have to pay a $5 fee if you don't claim the game in 48 hours.

Ok, this is really pissin me off! I ordered from Gamestop with priority overnight shipping, well when I tracked it on FedEx.com it says that the expected delivery date is tommorrow by 4:30. Yet, it says that it was shipped out on the 19th! What the hell, that is not overnight delivery!!!! I might as well have payed for Ground shipping. I feel so ripped off right now.

DAMMIT! I told myself I would never pre-order a game again after the ESPN NBA debacle but I jumped in cause we all thought it was a price mistake and ONCE AGAIN I GET SCREWED.

I just walked into Gamestop in Salem, NH (tax free!) and bought it off the shelf. The guy in front of me got it as well. They also had it playing on the PS2 in the store.
