Does the CPU mix up their rosters for PRESEASON games?

Last year the CPU treated Preseason games like regular season games and started their starters without really utilizing and rotating their 2nd and 3rd teams during these games.....Does this year's version do a better job of giving more play time to the backups during PRESEASON play?

nope, not in games you play. If you sim a pre-season game the 2nd string gets plenty of playing time. Hopefully next year they will fix this because I don't like playing pre-season becasue of this.
