where are the sim ballers???

can anyone play this game without finding a glitch to win with i mean between the mcnabb run glitchers, or the dline movers glitchers or the lb blitzing glitching you just cant play a real game on xbox live any more i mean is winning that important that you have to find a cheap way to win and then if you cheese them back they disconnect. what is up with that??

PS2 is pretty much just as bad. I hate it, but once in a while you find a good game. If you dont feel like having to play a cheeter, create an unranked game, and people who just want to play for fun wont care, and will still play. Make good use of checking peoples profiles...

I posted something like this a while back. I think a lot of guys here are offline players. Unbelievably we can't get even a small league going. I play 10 min. qtrs with this one other guy with strict standards and it's a blast (non-ranked, so we can tweak sliders, penalties, etc.). I can't believe we couldn't even get a small 8 man league from guys around here.

Most leagues tend to be more sim because you can define the terms ahead of time..... I think most yahoos online don't think they're cheesin', they just figure if it's in the game and I can do it.....that's fine.

And, cripes, are the Falcons overrated in this game or what?

it is so bad that if someone wants to run with the falcons or the eagles i back out because i know i am going to have to play chase the qb all game that is no fun i mean you spy vick he beats you to the corner and your db's let him run right back them like they dont know he is running and the de outside like a corner just makes me puke but if you do it back they quit immediately

Do any games out there have a system where you can rate the "cheese" factor your opponent used?

Like after every game you play, the game would ask you to rate whether you think your opponent played fairly, and the % of people who think you play fairly is your "fair play" rating.

This stat could be in your online profile along with everything else, as an official metric.

And to prevent people from purposely rating others low to make their rating better by comparison, a 2nd stat would be tracked -- the ratings that the user himself gave out to all his opponents.

So you'd have your own cheese% and your cheese rating for opponents so you can judge whether people are playing fair and whether they're abusing the reporting feature.

You can already rate your opponent on 2K5, but how do you know what's what? It's all subjective anyway.....the problem starts with ranking to begin with. It brings out the "win at all cost" guys and always will. It's prominent in other sports games as well.

I just signed up for XBOX Live and played my first game tonight. My opponent took the Colts, went for it on all 4th downs, went for 2pt conversions after every TD and called time outs with a 31-21 lead and :30 remaining. That was fun.

Anyways, I would be up for a realistic league.

You know I would be very much up for this. I would be up just for a pal list of you guys just so I would have someone to play with. A coach mode league would also be great I think too. It takes alot of the cheese factor out of the game.
