The others sliders are 7 min quarters EQ- ON
    H Blk 13
    H Pass 0
    H running 13
    H catch full
    H Cov 0
    H Pursuit 0
    H Tackle 13
    H Kick 10
    Cpu blk,pass,run,cov,catch,kick all full
    cpu pursuit 11
    cpu tkl 19
    injury 14 (just right)
    fumble 23
    int 0
If you use all these setting listed above this game will play great.
Sorry Jsou, do I have to subtract 25% for each player in my team or every team in the league? Thanks

Just your team, This enables the game to play at the highest level of difficulty. It keeps the CPU strong and tones down your team to a level that makes the game play perfect with our sliders.

Here is our final 08 roster rating adjustments. I will periodically release roster updates about once a month or so. This file has a lot of minor tweaking in the ratings as well as playbooks, and also includes %'s of play formations for the CPU. I actually Won the Super Bowl this year with the Colts In our official 08 season going 14-2 and beating the Saints in the end, in the best game I have ever played. 49-42. They had the ball on my 43 with 1:03 left. 3rd and 1 I stuff em, it becomes 4th and inches. If they get the first that would have likely lead to a game winning field goal since I only had one timeout. So they go for it on 4th, my D steps up again, I then go down the field and score with about 12 seconds left to win. They also jumped out to a 14-0 lead and 28-17 at half. The best and biggest game ever. It was kind of cool to win the first Super Bowl I played. Manning was the MVP, and we did use the -25% formula which made the season very hard. I was the only one of 7 to make the playoffs. Just finished another season with a buddy I was Carolina went 11-5 beat the Saints in week 17 to win the South but lost to the 9-7 NFC West Champion Cards. It was raining like no other, and I had 3 fumbles in the first half along with a couple bad throws due to my O-line deciding not to show up. He (TB) went 4-11-1 weird I know the whole tie thing. He told me after the game he didn't know that games could end in a tie, lol, just kidding on that one. Enough about me, Here is the 08 Final roster, and my final 08 Franchise file as well. Try our settings with the -25% formula to have these play correctly. Enjoy

Can someone please convert both the final roster and franchise to ps2? I tried myself but I couldn't get the game to load them.

Ok, I finally got the ps2 conversion working. Will upload tomorrow as I will be going to sleep soon. Got to work at 7AM. Working on coverting the franchise file now. Will let you guys know how it goes.

EDIT: Ok guys, here they are. Both final JSOU 08-09 Roster and Franchise. I have included the .max file and also the extracted save data if anyone installs them on their mc a different way.

I will try out this -25% formula, but it will be tough to see guys on my team like C. Bailey with a lower overal rating

Quick question, what is finn's editor you speak of? I have your settings and roster and I understand when you say to go to sliders for h block, h pass, etcetera. I just don't know how to subtract 25% in game unless we have to d/l finn's editor or something. I've been searching around the boards and haven't found my answer to what finn's editor exactly is. Thanks for anyone that can reply.

Another thing, when you want to play hum vs hum do we need to change any settings at all since these are settings made for hum vs com?

Btw, thank you Jsou for doing these rosters and putting your time and effort into it.
