Re: TD's NFL 2K20 Roster File
Got it. Ok, so all latest moves as of Week 1 are on that first post roster file? I could have sworn it and the franchise file were missing Brown to the Pats. Am I reading the wrong file then?Comment

Re: TD's NFL 2K20 Roster File
I've noticed the franchise file that was posted has an incorrect season schedule. My chargers had like 4 or 5 bye weeks and noticed some games weren't on the correct weeks like they were pushed to the following week. Any ideas on how to fix this?Comment

Basically making schedules with FlyingFinn's editor doesn't work because it doesn't recognize certain games on certain days, it will flat out erase games and make it so you can't escape the program without bringing up Task Manager.
Thus, the only way to have updated schedules is to use BAD_AL's 2K5 Tool. which only lets you set matchups, no times or dates. some games bleed into the following weeks and some teams have an egregious amount of bye weeks. it doesn't affect the gameplay or simulations in any way.Fandom:

Re: TD's NFL 2K20 Roster File
Two years ago I sat with all the required software and went through actually creating each week's schedule complete with dates and times. The problem is that you reach a certain point where you can only have so many games per week, where the season starts and ends a little later than in 2004 with Thursday games, bye weeks, etc and as you approach the end of the season, you find that the editor simply won't let you put the games you want where you want anymore and you have to start placing them in other weeks. The result of this (in addition to the hours I spent trying) is that you do get all correct 16 games for each team, but several teams play two games on the same week.
The compromise for having the game reference 2019 and 2020, having the real schedule, and don't forget also being able to change the team names, is a schedule that doesn't run 1:1 with the real dates. Also, there is a tiny thing where if you look at the schedule by team, it appears that certain teams don't actually play 16 games because less are listed. The problem here is that the game has no way of showing you two games taking place in one week so it doesn't show the second one. But all games are visible in the full league schedule.
Hope all that helps.Comment

Noticed some PBP errors involving the Bucs today, Jameis Winston is called "Taylor" by the announcers the running back is called "Barber"Fandom:

Re: TD's NFL 2K20 Roster File
I checked the file, and Peyton Barber’s PBP is “Barber,” which is correct. For Winston, he has “Winston, Taylor” for PBP, and the Last name only is checked. I’ll try something else with it later, but if the current setting doesn’t work, he’ll just have to go by “#3.”Comment

Re: TD's NFL 2K20 Roster File
I’ve scanned the entire thread and not sure if I missed this question but is there a way to find the file in spreadsheet or doc format. I don’t have access to PC so won’t be able to add roster file to my 360. I don’t mind doing it all from scratch but if there was a file or something I can go by to create my rosters?
Thanks in advanceComment
