Hey man also a rookie here, I play 2k5 on my Xbox 360 using the backwards compatibility. Can I just download the zip files onto my MacBook, load them up into a flash drive and then just stick it in my console? Or do I need something special to transfer them? Let me know!

And I appreciate all your hard work in keeping the best football game of all time alive!

I've only ever tried transferring saves by hooking up the 360 HDD via a usb cable and using special software.

You may be able to find other techniques though.

But I prefer the OG Xbox for NFL2k5 because it runs more smoothly than it does on the 360.

Thanks for the rosters and franchise. Just curious, how are you able to update player photos? Isn't that info locked to the game's data files that are uneditable?

No player photos were added to the gamesave file. All the player photos used are on the Game disk.

Oh, ok... So you're using faces already in the game that happen to look like current players. Ok. I got it.

The USB needs to be formatted by the Xbox 360 to be used as storage first. Then, you can use something like Xplorer 360 (Windows only) to inject the UDATA folder onto the USB. Then, you can plug it back in to your Xbox 360 and copy it to there.

By being connected via ethernet or wifi while your custom dash is running and using some FTP program.
If you're lost where that's concerned, you should look that stuff up on an appropriate forum. Also, this stuff gets close to conversations that probably shouldn't be had here.

How do I get this data to transfer to my og xbox?

I am new to taking data from my computer to my og. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ok, I need some help here. Trying to get these files on my OG Xbox. I have an Xbox AR cord that I use to connect an xbox memory card to my PC (I have tried both the AR card and the standard xbox memory card). I open Xport 360 and it detects my memory card.

When I drop the numbered folder I downloaded here onto the card, it seems like it transfers normally, but then when I close out of xport 360, I get a runtime error. When I put the memory card in the xbox controller, I get an error saying the card is unusable and will be wiped.

Its not clear to me what folder I am supposed to put where. Do I just drop the full unziped folder into Udata?

PSA: using these generated rosters is better than using actual user made rosters, because you can actually play multiple seasons in Franchise without it crashing if you use the default schedule. Hopefully you put out another one for Madden 21.
