Two-A-Days do suck. It seems like the coaches pick hottest weeks of the year to have the practices. At my school we went from 7:30 to 6 with a 30 minute lunch break in between. Usually people would be throwing up, a few had problems with the heat. I almost passed out once from the heat and had to lay down with some ice.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)
