Never got into UR.. Might give it another go this week. Have a huge bit of loyalty with FPS lol
    Great memories from the series.

I have installed just need to do the workaround to get patch installed and I'll be good to go.

        Windows 7.
After installing take the game folder and put on a jump drive etc..
Move it to a Windows XP pc (I have a laptop with XP). Apply patch there.
After patch is done grab the whole folder again and move back to W7 pc.

OR you can do a virtual XP if you have W7 Pro (Which I don't have)

Yeah I have rety much most I've found.. bookmarked.
Including a lot for systems like AMIGA etc...
Most of the old games I want to go back and play I still have. Will have to download the ones that I have on floppy though lol
I do have UR 96 downloading at the house now... (I'm at work until 7am)

Some games (Even with Dos box) will not run certain things like the FPSFB patch. It still sees a 64 bit system and will not run.

This is done with lots of point read/zone/run defense logic on the outside, which doesn't help much with quick inside running. Another important thing about inside running you can't do it with a heavy set.

I love that people are still giving this game legs.

I can't imagine any other game that lives on like this, almost 20 years after release.

Personally I prefer 97 to 98 . It was more enjoyable than 98

Can someone please post a link to where I can get either 2016 NFL or College files for this game?

I agree. The 97 version was the best of the series.

Anyone still interested in FPS Football Pro 98, go to gmgames website...
If you look into > Sports > Football (NFL and College) and scroll down, you'll see it.... (its still the 5th highest rated Football game !)
Select it, and then you will see on top of the product desription the "free to download" download link.

                              Happy games !

That's awesome! Is this the patched version by any chance, or does one still have to do the work-around to get it patched on a Windows 10 machine?
