If it's nothing important then why did they feel the need to blurr out the picture?

Come on, think about this stuff!

You can, too. Give it a try. You'll really see why we think the red blotch is a 2k logo. Look to the left of the red blotch and you'll see something that appears to be "SPORTS".
This isnt CSI... Zooming in doesnt magically get rid of the blur or the Pixels.

The entire stadium is blurred out - it's not like they were just trying to hide the signs. They're using depth of field to emphasize what's happening on the field of play.

Well that would be the only you could fully disagnose what that board is trying to say.

haha well if you zoom in alittle , and do some color filtering , it looks alot less like any 2k wording . Looks more like the name of one team, their score VS score , name of second team........ which is more than likely what it really is. when u filter the picture some in the right way , the two large white areas on each side of that , are different shapes( names of each team). with a white spot in middle that resembles VS and two red areas with shape on either side of VS that looks a lot like numbers. So for example it will look like this > Badgers 17 VS 10 Manbearpig ( of course thats just example names , but i believe what that part really is ) when we finally get the real photo un-blurred, you may revisit this post and say, ok , u was right. until then ..... Tell us the dang platforms!!

I can't take much away from the pic, however didn't Grow say something about full and active sidelines? From what little I can tell those don't appear very full. No more so than Madden anyway. At least the chain gang is there though.

Anyone got smartdeblur on their pc? Try putting screen shot through it.

I think this is from the old build. The jerseys Montana's team is wearing look like the mo-cap video from last year.

If this is an early build, I can't wait to see what the final product will be!

I dont think the blur is just to show off whats on the field lol. I think it is also meant to block out details about the game. Like what Mr Grow said about the clear-unclear riddle lol. These threads are great; makes me laugh!

Re: Joe Montana Football 16: First In-Game Screenshot?

                                Just tried smartdeblur.

First of all you have to pay for the full version, lol.

And second of all, didn't help. Really only changed the colors of the image, and I did give it a few tries.

If I wanted an "artistic effect", I would've used Powerpoint's feature.

                                Anyways, it didn't work.
