Yeah but I am so terrible that it's gotten frustrating. I need to find out how to just do coach mode on this one, LOL. I know it's in there as someone posted about it but need to find out how to do it

Yeah, it's great! Scott, been following your Air Force Dynasty, on to the Elite 8!

I went over to the discord and got the official college logos and teams mod installed on my steam deck. It was not an easy process for me but got it done and playing docked on my LG CX is just fantastic.

The developer is right on top of fixing things in the game, even if the issues are mod related.

Highly recommended and for around 20 bucks you can't go wrong. Already have over 40 hours logged in this game.

solid game.

only a few complaints.

1. with time. the clock seems to run slower than real time. Ive played games with 3 minute quarters on simcade mode, and most games take about 30-45 minutes. my goal is to complete a game in about 20 minutes or less with 3 minute quarters

2. downfield blocking, when the cpu gets by the line of scrimmage most of the cpu's blocker s continue to block downfield, blockers dont get tired or slow down, resulting in huge runs for touchdowns. for the user, the opposite happens, running back gets tired quicker and there is no downfield blocking, causing the cpu to catch up and make tackles. I think that the cpu side of the ball needs to be better balanced when it comes to blocking and running downfield.

If you haven't already, I also recommend the Retro passing setting. I hate the meter passing thing from Legend Bowl. Retro passing makes like passing in NCAA's or older Maddens.

i play with an NCAA mod and i love the drama during Conference Championships at week 11. it's possible for an unranked team to win a Conference title (doesn't happen every season, but it happens). And if an unranked team wins, they get an auto-bid to the 2nd round of the playoffs. It also means that a ranked team (22-24) that should've gone to the playoffs instead gets bounced in the process.


the all time leaderboard for stat categories is cool. it shows the trophies the player has won. I personally am not a fan of the suspensions so i turned those off. I've learned to like the Recruiting. i wish it was more spread out through the season. I wish there were 'Rivalry' games. I built an NCAA all time mod with a custom schedule designed to make out of conference rivalries stay intact. Also tried to make the 'big' rivalries happen on the last game of the regular season (iron bowl, michigan/ohio state, etc).

i love playing/coaching the game as much as i love watching CPU vs CPU play. I also like simming through seasons while building rosters, just to get to playoffs, and then going through Recruiting in the off-season to rebuild my team.
