I just have a hard time believing the devs would make that decision, don't think it would make any sense.
Clam down a bit I said we would have to ask, as I couldn't find a way and just don't know.

For anyone who can't watch the streams I took this pic of the QB angle. Does it look different than the demo to anyone?

hey warrior, loving the stream.... um later can you do a game where you play Cleveland vs Steelers..... you - Cleveland vs CPU Steelers....... can you give the Steeler's form the best rating.....and give your team, Browns a low form rating...

thankx... I just want to see if the CPU will play better.

So if ratings are editable, that isn't a legitimate gripe. What would be the point of creating teams if that were case. I don't want the CPU determining my player ratings.

Not to mention issues in games can sometimes be fixed just be editing ratings.

Well yea, if the CPU isn't competitive then what do we do if there's no way to adjust ratings? This dude aint dumb, he created the Steelers and Browns to perfection in like 5 minutes, yet he can't figure out how to change ratings? It's either buried deep or you can't do it.

As long as the CPU AI is formidable on a high setting (doesn't appear that way on Hard), we wouldn't need to change any ratings. I would just use it to clean up CPU QB AI if it needed it.

For guys looking to recreate NFL teams or whatever, no editable ratings would be a letdown.

Is there another level above Hard? Unlockable maybe? I'm just throwing things out there now.

For a game that prides itself on customization, yes this is a legitimate complaint.

We can create a beautiful multi-layered logo and can't change ratings? That just doesn't make sense in my world.

CPU RB AI, could be better and possibly cleaned up as well. The computer doesn't seem to have nearly the same success running as the user.

To be honest, if I can't edit player ratings, I'm not sure I'm purchasing... That's the whole point of customization. I'm guessing they did it so that you aren't playing cheesed out teams online instead of giving you something like 'xx' amount of points to spend to build your team. Unfortunate.

Another int by the CPU on the stream with the Browns.

Didn't the devs test the CPU offensive AI? They had to know how poor it was.

Hard should be exactly that, hard. The CPU offense shouldn't be handing you the game.

^^^But their would no case either way.

CPU keeps throwing INTs over and over again.

I made a thread on the feedback forums about the INTs. It's because anyone in coverage goes for a pick 90% of the time, they never play the receiver and just attempt to prevent a catch or to make a tackle of the receiver in the event he catches it. It's 100% risk/reward. He said he would investigate but I doubt we see any changes unless they are able to tone down their want to catch the ball on defense.
