Thanks Finn for your work. I knew you would come thru. Although I did donate, I would've bought you the game outright cause I know it would appease so many. I'm not playing until we can adjust some things. Thanks for the work.

Re: Roster editor possible - But I'll need some help
After playing 2K5 for years, roster editor has become synonymous w/ FlyingFinn's name. As soon as I seen this thread, I almost commented to give FF a holler, but decided to read through the last couple pages 1st. Not surprised at all to see him pop up. Thanks for the work Finn, just as in 2K5, this will be greatly appreciated. Once again you make a game even better.Originally posted by MoJust once I'd like to be the one they call a jerk off.Originally posted by MoYou underestimate my lazinessOriginally posted by Mo**** ya

Re: Roster editor possible - But I'll need some help
Seems like the agility rating is what is causing most of the interceptions.
The agility rating is WAY, WAY overpowering the rest of the game.
Agility = Jumping, turning, diving, catching, going for the ball. Which is why when you pick a defense focused on agility you get these abbreviated descriptions.
Defense - Balance / Focus - Agility = Risk Reward - meaning the AI will use their agility to take risks to go for the ball at all costs.
Defense - Coverage / Focus - Agility = Playmaking Corners - meaning the DB's will get a higher agility rating and thus go for the ball to make picks since they have the athleticism to do so.
Defense - Blitz / Focus - Agility = Aggressive Front 7 - agility also has a positive effect on the dlineman who will be able to speed rush around onlineman with ease.
It is not the only rating that is just a tad to high but it really helps if you tune it down for all positions on defense globally. Once I did that players were not jumping as high and making quick moves to the ball as well, even with high focus. I still lowered focus a bit but the agility rating is what I reduced the most.Comment

catcatch, you should post this in the support area on the BB forum. the devs read & comment. if they are working on a patch, this may be a simple solution to tone down the INTs and sacks.Seems like the agility rating is what is causing most of the interceptions.

So there's no way this will benefit people on ps3, no conversion or anything? Wow that really sucks. I am sad to hear that. Would've been a blast to play with real players/rosters. As it stands I enjoy the game but cannot be passionate about it because I'm detached from the made up teams/players. Despite everything I remain optimistic that someone will find a way to do this for ps3. We'll see what happens. Thank you for the response.Comment

Don't expect it. The PS3 encryption has yet to be hacked for any game. Regardless, I did PM Todd about the encryption on the save and he seemed somewhat open to having it removed, but was worried about invalidating current saves (which would mean ALL work would be lost including the NFL logos, etc...).So there's no way this will benefit people on ps3, no conversion or anything? Maybe for BB2.Comment

Nice, go to the beach, have fun and get a tan. Come back, get Backbreaker and see that this thread has progressed fast. Will Finn be releasing the editor for download to the public soon(sorry if asked)“No one is more hated than he who speaks the truth.”
