HELP how to load an already created team?

I already created a team but when I go to the created teams section they arent there- but it is saved under game saves when I am off the game? How do I load them into the game?

Please someone help- the teams are saved under saved files when on the main playstation screen- not in game- but once I start backbreaker and then go to custom teams the teams are not there- is there a way to load them or something that I am missing?

I know what your saying but they do not show up in the game- but I saved them I go to the regular ps3 screen where the data is saved for all games the team is there- why is it not in the game? And now I keep getting an error 80010038 every time I save a team?

Bad disk? Is it your save or did you get it from someone? Somethings corrupt... or someone....
