Not sure if you’ve already answered this, but can you save custom rosters on the game permanently, or do you have to re create your roster every time you start a new Dynasty?

We're expecting the good players to stand out on the field because of the wide range of ratings.

I love hearing this. In any franchise or dynasty mode, in any sport, there has to be noticeable differences in the players, based on the ratings. Looking forward to this game!

Apologies if this was answered before.. I believe it was stated that you can't put numbers on helmets but can you use letters for a logo instead of the preloaded logos?

Yes we have some letters already to choose from. You can make more by going into the logo editor and using the different fonts in there.

Not this year. We hope to one day have a Franchise mode where you could import your College players too but that is a very long term goal.

I’m so ridiculously hyped for this!! I hope you and the team will eventually consider a PC port if the game performs well and you can bring in some more team members!

Late to the game, tried reading through most things. Has the logo editor been shown, or was it in previous versions?


Also, any thought of allowing PNGs to be loaded in future versions for easier editing. Would be nice to dump a bunch on a USB and load them off of that like most PC games.

Logo editor is the same as last year.

In regards to images from the USB. Dave was asked that on Discord and this was his answer: "The only way we could do that if we have written a custom file handler for the PS4 because the stock one provided via the Sony SDK does not allow direct reading or writing to USB. You have to go through the PS4 operating system and that tacks on 3MB of extra stuff-including user data that locks the file. They do that to prevent you from doing exactly what you’re talking about doing. The Xbox has no way to read/write to local storage from within its SDK."

So what you're saying is custom file handler for maximum football 20 confirmed! Lol, no but that would be dope. I don't know how long that would take to make, but i would pay extra for that.

Question for the Devs:

I loved SuperSim when it first came out for NCAA Football 08 if I recall correctly. What this did for me was allow me to play offense only. Will there be something that resembles Super Sim for this game?

We don't have super sim. We do have an in-game save feature though, so theoretically you could exit your game when your team is on defense. Reload the game when your defense is on the field and then put CPU vs CPU. Then when you're about to hit offense, pause the game as CPU vs CPU, and reload it as you as 1P on offense.

Best I can do for you this year. It's on the wishlist!

Hell yes! Great to hear. Some days, you just don't have time to get a full game in all at once.

Conference and/or team prestige

My apologies if this has been answered already.

I plan on creating a dynasty where the teams and conferences are not necessarily connected to NCAA (i.E. Indiana Catholic won't = ND). When editing teams within the conferences will we be able to edit team prestige? Do I have to be sure that the SEC like conference has good teams? I want to create a dynasty where teams are in conferences related to geography (i.e. Northeast Conference. Southwest Conference).

This is huge! I love being able to save in-game. Usually I can't even start a game unless I am sure I have time to finish, which cuts heavily into my time that I could be playing.
