Re: Tony Freakin' Romo
Romo has changed this team. Dallas now has a legitimate shot at getting a first round bye, not just making the playoffs. Only the Giants and Bears have better records.
And it is ALL because of Romo. Keep teasing me, boys. I love being right.Comment

Well, for one day maybe he was right.

Re: Tony Freakin' Romo
If that was true, Dallas would have won 2 or 3 SB's these past couple of years, both Drew Brees and LaDaininan Tomlinson would have defected to the Cowboys and OU would have blown out USC in the Orange Bowl.Comment

Re: Tony Freakin' Romo
im a big Drew Bledsoe fan. imo, he has been one of the most underrated QBs in the NFL throughout his career...but he obviously doesnt "fit" with the personnel of this team. He's still a solid QB on the right team imo, and a tough SOB, but he seems to have lost a step or two and some confidence.
Romo's mobility allows Dallas to open up the playbook quite a bit more, and he has provided a "spark" to that offense. With Romo in there, the Cowboys' offense should improve throughout the year and they could be a very dangerous team.
Romo is playing as well right now as ANY QB in the NFC not named Brees. If Dallas would have started the season with Tony, there is no telling what their record would be (it would certainly be better, imo)...and the scary thing is that he should get even better as he gets more starts.Comment
