It works for me. The Red Zone Channel is a GODsend when my Texans games are on commercial.

    Worth every penny, every year.

The catch is (not surprisingly) that you have to order it, it appears to be a seperate channel. Comcast is an option, so it looks as though I could order it,

But is it worth it seeing that I will likely be at a bar to catch the Broncos?

I guess I don't see a lot of people paying for this as a stand alone channel.

Here's a video in case anyone is interested:

Didn't know they were charging but I guess it'd be nice if you did drop Sunday ticket. I don't know. I've got 2 tvs set up for Sundays so I feel like I get every bit of use out of the Sunday Ticket I can.

You might not care about the Raider game that you don't get, but then you see the score is 40-40 going into OT and maybe you wish you had Sunday Ticket to watch it...Well At least that's my view on it.

Directv is reaching up my ***hole to remove the fillings from my teeth.

          And it's worth every penny.

Ive had Sunday Ticket for the last 2 years and this year I canceled it, I just cant stomach paying the ridiculous amounts of money that Directv charges me for service, HD access and then Sunday Ticket on top of it all. I currently get Comcast for free so its difficult to pay for something when Im getting the same thing for free, minus the Sunday Ticket of course. Its going to be a painful year, no Niners games, Sunday Im stuck with 1 afternoon game and its St Louis vs Seattle, is there really anyone here even interested in seeing that game? I could have been watching NY Giants vs Washington or SF vs Arizona and instead am stuck with Rams vs Seattle, uggh.

Heads up to anyone who didnt already know but Directv is running a free preview of Sunday Ticket and the Superfan package for one day only, September 13th. Considering my Niners never get any play here in Oregon it will atleast allow me to see them week one.

What I wish, and same with extra innings, is you could get just the teams you want. I'm in NY, but I want my Bucs games, my roomie is a Raiders fans, so we'd of course just get those 2 teams games....on top of the local market games....that would be ideal in my opinion. its just too damned expensive....ordered it anyway tho
