Re: 2010 NFL Draft Thread
Please explain to me how he could of said that differently because I can't think of to many ways to ask a person If there mother is a prostitute without getting punched in the face.
If you had to ask Dez If Dez's mother was a whore how exactly would you ask him without making him upset?Comment

Ireland: That isn't what I'm referring to Dez.
Dez: Well what exactly are you talking about sir?Originally posted by WatsonTigerOne out of 7 billion, and we still tagged your ***.Comment

"Does your mother make money by performing certain "actions" to people that she encounters on the street?"Originally posted by BlzerLet me assure you that I am a huge proponent of size, and it greatly matters. Don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise.
If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)Comment

Re: 2010 NFL Draft Thread
The way he said it was as insulting as the question itself, especially if there's nothing to lead to that being asked.
And this isn't directed at you jmood... it's the whole idea of properly phrasing a question about something that came out of nowhere.Comment

Re: 2010 NFL Draft Thread
I will say that while the question was unjust, I still defend Jeff Ireland in the fact that he is a pretty good guy.
Plus, there has to be more to this story then just Ireland asking that question, what lead to the question, why is this a story now, it was said to have happened at the combine, why make it a big story now?Comment

Re: 2010 NFL Draft Thread
All of this is a stretch unless I'm missing somewhere that it suggested that she actually is a prostitute. I haven't heard or read anything other than her selling drugs. So there really is no correct way to ask a question that's completely out of left field to begin with. Otherwise, he could've simply asked about anything negative she may have been involved in. If they knew she was a prostitute and he lied then just leave it at that and don't take him. And even if they did know and wanted to ask straight up, he could've said "In your background check we found that your mother may be a prostitute. Is this true?"

Re: 2010 NFL Draft Thread
In other news, apparently JaWalrus is still going to be on the team and will attend training camp...per Schefter's twitter http://twitter.com/Adam_Schefter/status/13025765796
I pray that this is all apart of Al's devious plan to have all eyes on Raiders minicamp then cut his *** and have the Raiders on the news for the entire weekend.
Oh and to keep this relevant to the draft I read that the 2012 pick for Jason Campbell is a conditional 4th in 2012. They only get the pick if Campbell makes the pro bowl, so the Raiders essentially got Campbell for nothing.Comment

Re: 2010 NFL Draft Thread
What a steal, literally. Raiders finally made a good trade. Even if he doesn't work out, you still got him for free(unless he somehow makes the Pro Bowl which is very very doubtful).Indianapolis Colts
Indiana Pacers
Indiana Hoosiers
Notre Dame Fighting Irish

Every other report is based off one of his blogs. I'll wait until someone else says anything about it.Comment
