Because I want to. I am a 3rd generation Dolphins fan so it runs in the family.

Re: Why do you support your team?
I became Cardinals fan the second Kurt Warner signed with them(so, yes I was a Giants fan until they benched him(He did keep putting the chuches money on the ground)).I was a huge Kurt Warner and Marshall Faulk fan but once Marshall retired, I was just a Kurt Warner fan.
As I got older and more interested in the NFL I started watching all the highlights on Sundays. Which led to me reading and updating everything about the Cardinals so I know every player and coach on the team(Practice Squad excluded). So I fell in love with the Cardinals, the players, and coaches which made me fall in love with the NFL.
So Kurt basically abandon me and left me as a Cardinals fan. But Im loving every minute being one(except the losing).Comment

Re: Why do you support your team?
The reasoning behind my teams is kind of weird. I was born in Connecticut while my mother and father were living there for a while as my whole mother's family is from Boston. So with the "pride" of being born out east I always loved all the teams, also my mom LOVED every Boston team.
So I grew up liking the Celtics, Patriots, Red Sox, and Bruins.
But, we moved to Wisconsin when I was about 1. And my father was from Wisconsin. So I also grew up loving the Packers, Brewers, University of Wisconsin-Madison and University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee athletics.
So thats why I like all of those teams. I am a Florida fan because I did a Road to Glory with them back in the first NCAA game where that mode came in, 06 I think. Then the next year Tebow came in and I loved, love him.
I like the Memphis tigers in NCAA basketball because I really like Calipari back in the Memphis days. Now I hate him lol, but still love Memphis.
And finally, I am an Oregon Ducks fan because back in NCAA 2003 I played a dynasty with them that I continued forever. Ever since then I was a big fan, and loved there jerseys haha.
I will always be a Packer fan first, then Patriots.Comment

Re: Why do you support your team?
Because my family does. I grew up liking the Broncos because of them, and this hasn't changed. I liked them when I moved to AZ, and I still like them now that I moved back to CO. It's actually nice to be surrounded by Broncos fans.Comment

Here's my (long) NFL fan autobiography, lol...

(We lived in Austin) My first exposure to the NFL was in 1st grade when I started hearing everyone talking about the Super Bowl. Naturally I was interested, and when the Redskins beat Denver, I had my team.
A few years later, we moved to Houston, and my interest in sports was growing. We had local teams in all of the major sports, and I started to understand what it meant to rot for the home team. I became a big Rockets and Astros fan. I liked the Oilers a little bit too, but the Skins were still #1 in my heart. I still remember going crazy when Ian Howfield missed that FG to give the Skins a chance to beat the Oilers in OT.
Then two things happened, the Oilers left town and Daniel Snyder took over the Redskins. I lost a lot of interest in the NFL when that happened. I still followed casually and the Skins were my team of choice, but it was all more of an afterthought than anything else.
Even when the Texans were created, I wasn’t really all that interested. I was still sour on the NFL, I thought the team name was goofy, and they had no history. I wasn’t into them at all until the games started. Once I saw them out there playing and representing Houston, my fan instincts took over. Been a die hard Texans fan eve since. I still have a soft spot in my heart for the Redskins; they’ll always be my #2. Too bad neither of them can win any damn thing!Comment
