    Oh ****.

I don't think the Texans would have went on to win the SB this year because the chances of going from no playoff wins in your team's history to winning the Super Bowl are pretty slim ("so you're saying there's a chance?").

However I still think they can make some noise this year with Leinart at QB. They have the players to use the Jets, 49ers, Ravens, etc, formula of hard defense and running the ball. So long as Leinart can manage the games well and not make dumb mistakes they should be somewhat okay.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but a lot of people are writing off Houston. We haven't seen Leinart in a regular season game for some time, they still have Foster and Tate, they have managed to survive without Andre (Who is back/coming back), their defence is still very solid without their best defensive player.

We're closer to the end than the start, so it's better to lose Schaub now, than say back at the start of the season (Better to not lose him at all), which may have really screwed up their chances.

Could be worse. You could have this guy...

Don't know if it goes in here, but Marcus Cannon, rookie OL for the New England Patriots, has been activated and added to the roster after battling with non-Hodgkins Lymphoma.

The way we're playing and the way the Colts struggled even last year WITH Peyton leads me to believe that it wouldn't be that big a deal. The days of invincible Colts are over, Peyton or not. The rest of that team blows.

Fred Jackson out for the remainder of the season. Shame too, minus the last three weeks he was having an MVP like season.

Well say what you will but it looks like the Bills' season is pretty much over.

Chargers LT McNeil to IR with a neck injury, they claimed Jared Gauthier off waivers to replace.

More injuries for the Texans. Andre injures the other hammy (potentially connected to the previous hammy injury, compensatory), our punter is probably done for the year, Cushing got hurt but returned, and Jason Allen got hurt. Add to that Vickers and Bulman who didn't play today.

                      Insanity.

Woodley came back for a few drives against the Bengals and then apparently tweaked it again and was kept out the game. They don't know if he'll play on Thursday yet. I'd imagine they'll probably hold him out until the 49ers game. Chris Hoke has been out for a while too, and he's got evaluated today, doubt he'll play on Thursday either.

Sucks. Steelers put him on IR today. He was a solid backup for Casey Hampton for a long time, and for both Super Bowls.

I actually saw a stat that in the 18 games he started as a Steeler, they went 17-1.

Packers WR Greg Jennings will definitely be back for the playoffs according to Mike McCarthy.

More injuries for the Texans. This time Mike Brisel, starting right guard. Fractured fibula.

Also Sherrick McMannis who is our kick returner and depth at CB. He sucks but whatever.

I've never seen anything like this.
