I think Landry will be a good NFL QB if he gets a chance to sit behind a proven starter and learn for a couple years.

Yeah but I don't really think Jones is going to be much of an NFL QB. I think you could spend less in free agency to get the same value.

Why doesn't the Cowboys get more OLinemen? Or DLinemen even? I am starting to give up on this team. At least I have my home team Saints to root for and I have already renewed my saints season tickets for this year.

I think Landry will be a good NFL QB if he gets a chance to sit behind a proven starter and learn for a couple years.

I just think if you're going to draft a guy that you want to be a backup, which is obvious, you want him as a lower pick than your 4th round pick. He's clearly not the QB of the future for anyone really and the Steelers have far more pressing needs then quarterback.

I just don't think its worth it, especially when you look at the Steelers situation in the defensive backfield.

Oh and just what to finally come clean on Mathews. I was a full supporter of him this whole time. I was wrong and you were right lol.

I'm really just trying to be optimistic. Not sure why because its against my nature.

Just out of curiosity who would you have liked in the 2nd had we not traded up? Also what did you think of Armstead out of Ark Pine Bluff? I liked him a lot but think I was more enamored with his athletic ability then anything else.

I wanted Minter, Amerson, Arthur Brown or I really wanted Le'Veon Bell because we really have no physical runner, and the best way to make up for poor run blocking is to be your own blocker. Bell has that ability.

I think getting back to running the ball consistently between the tackles is the key to success and the key to keeping Rivers upright.

Eli is 32. And I don't remember him ever being seriously injured in his career.

I think getting back to running the ball consistently between the tackles is the key to success and the key to keeping Rivers upright.

You can say that for any team and qb.
