with these new reports that are coming out bout the "covering up of evidence" how can you bet on that. i say its 60/40 he is arrested, even if its just for questioning

ABC News reports police are back at Hernandez's home Thursday with a search warrant, and they want the answer to a few questions, including the following:

• Why the home's security system (including video surveillance) was intentionally destroyed.

• Why Hernandez's cell phone was "in pieces" when his attorneys gave it to investigators.

• Why house cleaners were hired Monday to scrub the house.

i think hes getting some "star" treatment there. i find it HARD to believe hes not involved in some way after these things coming out today

If you're going to kill someone, don't do it in your own ****ing house and leave a boatload of forensic evidence behind. It doesn't help if you transport the body to the dump site in a car rented in your name, either.

He's either guilty as hell, or the biggest victim of circumstance of all time.
