Trash doesn't always commit crimes. But criminals are always trash. Ya dig? Either way, yeah he's trash.

Private parties are under no requirement to assume innocence. The Patriots probably would not have released him so quickly if there wasn't already such a large amount of evidence pointing directly at Hernandez.

            Like Brandon said.

This is not a court of law.

What would you like somebody charged with 1st degree murder referred to as? Innocent until proven guilty? I think we all understand how every single person in the US is innocent until proven guilty. This is also made clear by the court system.

Are there people who have their own opinions who have deemed AH as guilty? Of course. That's their opinion which is irrelevant to the actual case.

                Okay, makes sense.

The way the media has turned against him so quickly kind of surprised me, though.

If I were head of a company or employer of Hernandez I would want me and my company's name completely disassociated with him immediately. I dont blame the Patriots or any potential endorser one iota for cutting ties with the man. He is up for murder and possibly 2 more.

Guys in his spot should never find themselves in this situation. He brought this on himself.

He has enough on his record murder or no murder to be considered anything but innocent. The difference is it just starting to come out nationally about his run ins. No differently than the ryan perrilloux's of the country go throught legal trouble but the city and team they play for heard it all while the rest of the country hears nothing or small snippets.

Now his run ins are being broadcast national while everyone is paying attention and guess what he looks for from a innocent Aaron Hernandez. What he does look like is someone involved in crime from a long way back and all the pieces are fitting together to paint a picture of a violent individual who slipped into stardom and got caught up thinking he was untouchable.

We will see in next couple months but after what I've read and seen. I take him as the shooter just based off his cocky demeanor

You preach about innocent until proven guilty then hold the media to a high standard. I would assume you know the media is often wrong, uninformed, or blatantly lies to push their agenda. I didn't see you as a person to put any type of faith in media to begin with.

The media is just like this thread, full of opinions.

It's up to each individual to decide their own opinion on the matter.

Details of the (strong) circumstantial evidence against Hernandez emerged rather quickly, so that's probably why the narrative has already turned so negatively against him.

The thing that bothers me most, besides the obvious loss of life, is how Hernandez stood there when he was arraigned. He had his head tilted to the side with a cocky smirk and didn't even look like he cared. He looked arrogant and like he was up there trying to act tough, "hard", like a gangster, whatever his idiotic self wants to call it.

With all the evidence left behind by him and just his mere demeanor, it's pretty obvious he feels like he can do and get away with anything.

Reality hasn't set in on him yet. He is obviously not very smart. He probably still thinks he is going to get out of this.

Interesting how interpretations of body language can be so different. I didn't see the arraignment, but I was listening to SVP and Russillo and they kept talking about how he looked to be in shock of what was going on.

In all fairness it is pretty gangster, tough, and hard to pick up a guy you are going to kill, drive him to a specific location, and then virtually execute him.
