If she's smart she takes the deal. Both of them sitting behind a cell does their child no good. A woman can only stand behind and cover for a sloppy criminal for so long. Best thing for thier family is her being home to help the kid live as normal a childhood as possible.

FALL RIVER — The five shell casings found at the scene of Odin L. Lloyd’s fatal shooting all came from the same weapon, a .45-caliber Glock handgun, a State Police sergeant testified Wednesday.

So did a sixth casing found inside the Nissan Altima that was seen on surveillance video entering and leaving the industrial site where Lloyd’s bullet-riddled body was found on June 17, 2013, testified Sergeant Stephen Walsh, a ballistics expert who analyzed the casings and bullets in the days after Lloyd’s killing.

“To a degree of ballistic certainty it’s my belief these were fired from the same weapon,” Walsh said. They’re “consistent with having been fired from a Glock.”

Most cases have very little to do with actual Justice. I think the dude is guilty however, if he actually were innocent AND half the evidence they had dissapeared, hed still be prosecuted and probably still be found guilty.

About 20 minutes ago the courthouse where the trial is being held was evacuated because of a bomb threat.

Immunity was to eliminate her Constitutional right to the 5th amendment. Since there was no punishment she didn't have to fear incriminating herself.

She's just playing stupid and not going to tell the truth.

If anybody believes her I have so ocean front property in Idaho I'd like you to look at

If another witness or evidence eventually proves her lying on the stand, is there any punishment?

I'm not 100% on that. I think it's reasonable to charge somebody who lies under oath.

The immunity is for the crimes being brought before the court. It's a silly example but if she pulls out a gun and shoots somebody she should be charged, right?

Lying under oath should be considered a new and separate offense from the original offense she is testifying on.

Quick internet search: you can be held in contempt if you don't answer questions...and I'd assume you could be held in contempt for lying.

From Law & Order so take it for what its worth....

If you are given immunity it is for your full and truthful testimony, if you lie under oath while having immunity your immunity can be revoked and you can be prosecuted for the perjury and what ever you were given immunity for testifying originally.

I think the immunity is for any crimes that she may have committed while Hernandez allegedly committed this murder. Like if she was the one that got rid of the gun she would be considered an accessory to murder after the fact. And that is punishable by law obviously she would be granted immunity for that charge.
