    Week 10: St. Louis Rams(3-6) @ Indianapolis Colts(6-2)

Well I forgot to make this thread earlier, but now seems like a good time since the Colts are currently embarrassing themselves at home. Down 21-0. We're very much a second half team so we'll see, but wow..

Colts look like the team they fielded after Manning went down. Some ugly football being played by them.

Rams look good, though. Solid defense and probably the kick return of the weekend.

Hope the Rams can keep it up.

      Wow 21-0 Rams?

Huge letdown game for the Colts after an emotional road victory but still surprised to see them down this much at Home.

35-0 now, 81 yard TD pass to Austin to open up the 2nd half.

Good thing is Colts will throw a lot so hopefully Luck can get me a few TD passes.

Must be nice to be Clemens. He doesn't have to throw 10 passes and they're up 35-0

We have the worst interior line play in the league and it's not even close. And Pep Hamilton is really not a good NFL coordinator. Defense sucked today too.

Blah. Just an awful performance. This team seems to be very hit and miss. Good one half, bad the other. Good one game, bad the other. Still I'd say the division is ours, but I'm not too optimistic about the Playoffs. Grigs has a lot of work to do in the offseason.

This game was another reason to say why the Colts were wrong to trade their 1st round pick for Trent Richardson. We're now unable to get 1st round talent on that offensive line.

Grigson needs to nail the 2014 draft. The defense is bad and I say we could do with another wide receiver as well as improving that o-line.

Another observation, our offensive playcalling sucks. Pep Hamilton isn't very good - that's obvious. Even after just 9 games.

I fancy our chances of securing a playoff berth, but once we're there, I can't see the team doing much.

Like the 2 posters above me, I agree that Pep Hamilton isn't a good offensive coordinator. With all this nonsense from Hamilton that the Colts are a run team first shows the man is just clueless about the personal he has to work with on offense.

Hard to believe that before the season all the articles I read about Hamilton was how he is already one of the best young assistants in the league and would be a future NFL head coach in just a few years. All before he even called one play in the NFL. He certainly hasn't lived up to the offseason hype.

This is a 6-3 team that beat SF, SEA and DEN right? Just checking. They were using that run first philosophy then too.

                            Teams have bad games. Happens.

                              Re: Week 10: St. Louis Rams(3-6) @ Indianapolis Colts(6-2)

The Colts have the right idea to be a Run first team, especially after the Wayne injury they just don't have the personnel to be a Spread 4-5 Wide Offense, that runs hurry up through out the game. Hilton, and Fleener at Tight End are their only reliable receivers in the pass game right now. They gave up a future 1st for Richardson, but that hasn't panned out how they have been hoping thus far; he's being outperformed by Donald Brown and he's not really much of a factor on Passing downs; but they don't really have the O-line to be a run team either at the moment.

Going forward I'm having a difficult time seeing how the rest of their season plays out. They are 6-3 having beat some of the better teams in the NFL, but their 3 losses are to the Dolphins, Chargers, and Rams with two of those losses coming at Home. I think they are better than what they showed vs. St.Louis but that Offense will struggle some the rest of the way I think they go 4-3 to finish out putting them at 10-6 winning the AFC South, but no first round bye.
