I'd love it if Tampa got him in the 2nd.

I think Braxton Miller has some potential, but he spends too much time in the shotgun & read option because of Urban Meyer's offense. He shows flashes on throws every here & there, but he could definitely benefit from staying one more year.

Edit: With that o-line, he's definitely leaving for the draft lol

Came on here to say the exact same thing.. He leads the ACC in career touchdown passes and plays extremely well under pressure (check out his game winning drive against LSU last year). I think even though hes had some heisman mention this year, he is still underrated. I think he's projected 3rd or 4th round.

I've heard everywhere from 1st-4th round on him lol. People seem to have very different opinions on him. I'm a fan though.

Mizzou's Kony Ealy has declared. Should be a top 15 pick.

Really, we need a ****load of depth. We have plenty of top talent starting but absolutely zero behind it, so uh, if we're so intent of being a worthless dumpster fire of injuries year in, year out, then we need depth.

AGREE!!!! Lets not forget about at HB, and likely free agency for yet another FB. Bill was right to say the main goal is to return to the playoffs. With them thinking of trading down in the draft im nervous on the QB pick

After watching koandzxcfdrfjio (Bama's LT) get beat pretty often in the sugar bowl, I have to think he should stay one more year and secure a 1st round pick.

I am excited to see if blake Bortles will declare. he is a beast! Comparable to Andrew Luck. He's an underrated athlete and can sling the rock. Plus his girlfriend is a babe--look her up-- Lindsay duke.

Where do you guys think Prince Shembo from ND will fall? He has the pass rush/ coverage ability to land in the 3rd round, but I'm thinking he's going into the 7th round with that rape scandal on him.

                          1. Texans--Teddy Bridgewater: Houston needs a qb more than Jadaveon Clowney

                          2. Rams-- Jake Matthews: Rams could take a QB but I think Sam Bradford showed enough potential before injury to earn another year

                          3. Jags-- Dererk Carr: Blaine Gabbert is obviously not the franchise QB, and Chad Henne is just a short term solution

                          4. Browns-- Johnny Manziel: Manziel will have a good career if he is put in an offense that DOESN'T make him run the ball, just allow him to scramble. RG3's injury proves that designed QB runs to smaller QBs can be devastating

                          5. Raiders-- Blake Bortles: unless the Raiders want another season with Pryor and McGloin, they should take advantage of a loaded QB class now

                          6. Falcons-- Jadaveon Clowney: STEAL!! Also makes the falcons very scary

                          7. Bucs-- Mike Evans: why not match Vincent Jackson with the second coming of Vincent Jackson?

                          8. Vikings-- if all the QBs listed are already off the board, the vikes could do a couple different things:
Trade up to the rams pick and take a QB
Take AJ McCarron-- a "game manager" QB in a run first offense, seems like a good fit for Minnesota
Take a DE, maybe Kony Ealy or Vic Beasley

                          9. Bills-- Taylor Lewan: even a disappointing season can't keep him out of the first round

                          10. Lions-- Darqueze Dennard: Michigan st CB gets to stay close to home in a bargain for Detroit

                          11. Titans-- Ealy/Beasley ( which ever one the vikes don't pick )

                          12. Giants-- Cyrus Koundajio: Can't spell elite without Eli, and a decent oline

                          13. Rams-- Sammy Watkins: pairing him up with Tavon Austin makes the Rams a scary offense, and if Sam Bradford isn't successful with these guys, then he's not your guy

                          14. Bears-- if my offense first mock draft works out ( most likely not ) then the bears would be stupid not to take Anthony Barr

                          15. Steelers-- HaHa Clinton Dix-- awesome name, even better player. Steelers could use youth I their old secondary. Clinton Dix could learn from the best

With two wide receivers already in place, I think it would make a lot more sense for Tampa to go with Watkins since he can play in the slot as well as outside.

Having said that, my gut instinct is that Tampa will try to swing a trade to move up and get Clowney to try to build a dominant defensive line with him, McCoy, and Clayborn.

I'd be ecstatic if the Lions draft Dennard or Dix at the 10 spot. Alas, this is the Lions, and it seems drafting for need gets pushed back to the later rounds all the time.

But in all seriousness back 7 help especially at the corner spot needs to be a priority followed by a number 2 receiver. It also depends on who the next coach is as well...

If we stay at 10, we need to draft one of Watkins, Lee or Evans (and I say Evans only because who knows if Stafford will ever stop relying on prayer balls). If we want to go corner, we should trade back.
