I think people care more about his NFL suspension, not whether he was arrested.

Although it "helps" his NFL case/union plea in a disgusting way that he was not convicted legally.

Goodell trying to suspend him for an absurd amount of time when he wasn't booked for weed (even though it was thrown out the car window) and child endangerment (even though he got off for it legally) is skating down an icy slope for the league.

He more than likely had weed in his system and he did in fact endanger a child and everyone else in the car.

To be a lawyer for the NFL right now $$$$.

Surely just the arrest while under suspension will be enough to escalate to an indefinite suspension given the circumstances. Probably don't need to deal with that problem until the season before he's up for reinstatement as-is and the legal facts have been better determined and the league has conducted their own investigation.

I'm not going to be as harsh as you guys. I think he should be suspended for a long time but the Richarddon has mental issues he needs to sort out. If the Jets won't help him, I would like to see the NFL at least give him some counseling.
"Maybe I can't win. But to beat me, he's going to have to kill me. And to kill me, he's gonna have to have the heart to stand in front of me. And to do that, he's got to be willing to die himself. I don't know if he's ready to do that."

What came out that shows he has mental issues?

Unreal considering he has a free cab service at his disposal.

So much talent, so little brain.

That has to be it for him as a 49er.

Bail seems a little low considering his track record no?

I don't think I ever seen a team took a beating this hard in the off season.

Suspend indefinitely, and make sure that's at least a season. It's over and over again with this clown.

The 49ers need to cut him. Enough is enough.

The NFL can suspend him for a year, and some other team can take a shot on him next year.
